Because most programs weren't built for what your body is going through: the hormones, the stress, the sleep deprivation, the cortisol. This isn't another generic plan. It's built around your actual life, with adjustments made as you go.
I have no time. How long are the workouts? +
Workouts are 30 to 45 minutes. They can be done at home or the gym, and the on-demand library has shorter options for travel or chaotic days. If you have a pocket of time, there's a workout that fits in it.
What's the difference between self-led and 1:1 coaching? +
Self-led gives you full access to all the training programs, nutrition tools, recipe books and community at your own pace. 1:1 coaching adds a dedicated coach, weekly check-ins, personalised feedback, and real-time program adjustments. If you've struggled to stay consistent on your own before, coaching is usually the better fit.
Do I need a gym or special equipment? +
Nope. There are both home and gym programs. The on-demand library also has workouts for travel and days when life is especially chaotic.
What happens on the free discovery call? +
It's a 30-minute conversation with no pitch and no pressure. We talk about where you're at, what you've tried, and what you actually want. If 1:1 coaching is the right fit we'll talk through what that looks like. If it's not, we'll tell you honestly.
Is this just for mums? +
